bully dog power pup on an '05?

i have a problem now since i picked up a bd power hound lightly used for $170. i dont think i got screwed on the price but i have an '05 and supposedly that tuner is for '03-'04 only. it would make sense that you could install it on a '05 because the plugs are the same on the injector control...i think. i need some opinion on whether i should even bother plugging it in and if can be done in the first place...

It should work on an 05, however, it really isn't the best thing for the 6.0 and you're taking a very good chance on causing more damage to your truck in the long run(if you plan to keep it for awhile).

ya, my plan is to use the thing more like a smoke switch for a while until i get the money for an sct, some head studs, and a good egr delete...
