turbo with oil

probably a dump question but want to make sure when you fill up the turbo how much should you poor into the turbo and it goes where the oil line is on top of the turbo correct?

Yes fill it through the top. Fill it up, give it a few spins and add some more. I usually do it a few times.

Careful cuz there will be lots of air pockets for first use.

no its an 03 turbo i got its used and works great but i did headgaskets and put the turbo on there and forgot to add oil to it (shi*) but when i pulled it off cuz iam doing the EGR delete oil dripped from the turbo a lil but not as much as my stock turbo did thats why i was asking
