Questions about Custom Tunes?

I bought a used SCT X3 off of ebay the other day. I wanted to try it out so bad so i loaded up some of the free spartan tunes and went driving. I was surpsied to find that the first few tunes i tried shifted horrible.

All along i planned on buying some custom tunes from eric and cale but i was hoping to wait a while and run the spartan tunes. But i just cant wait.

I looked on innovatives site and i noticed they have regular tunes and xtreme tunes. I was just wondering what tunes you guys are running from innovative and how you like them? I plan on getting quite a few tunes and having the ability to switch them up once and awhile. But right now im looking for a tune to use as a daily driver...

I have both Xtreme Street and Xtreme Race. love them both. I also have Cales hot street, Great tune too

i don't have any yet but going to be going with cales hot street soon. but i hear xrace from eric has the best mpg's and power

I sent cale a email a few days ago and im hoping he gets back to me soon so i can order some tunes from him.

But in the meantime im looking at innovatice xtreme tunes. Do you know what the different between the xtreme race and street is? Thanks

Extreme st the converter locks in 4th gear. Race it locks in 2nd. would be the main difference the race tune also has a few more hp

Since youve driven with both tunes which one would you recommend for a daily driver?

I like both and would daily drive in either. But i usually drive in Xtreme St. Because there I days when I never know when i have to hook to a trailer at a moments notice

While I think ill put in a order to innovative tonight for the xtreme street tune. It will give me something to start with and maybe a little later ill try the xtreme race. Thanks for your help.
