Question Xcal2 dead??

I bought an SCT Xcal2 about a year and a half ago. I have not usedit in a while, kind of like the looney wild tune so i have left it in. I went to plug it in to the truck yesterday and nothing happened. The screen stayed blank. Is this normal?? Do i need to plug it into my PC to 'charge' or something? Can it be reset or am i done.

Help please.

Check your fuses. The one for the cigarette lighter in the truck is most likely blown
