Some do and some don't. I have heard of guys running bone stock lifting a head and i have heard of guys who run 275 hp tunes driveing their trucks like they stole it and never need a head stud change.

Thats kinda a hit or miss subject. Whenever you do decide to do it or have to do it, i would reccomend atleast deleteing that EGR cooler if not going with a full delete of the entire system!

I've never heard of 275hp tunes for the 6.0. Now for the 6.4 that's another story, but not 275hp with tunes alone for the 6.0.

I have been running my SCT with a race tune for over a year, and no head gasket problems yet. But like was said before, it is hit and miss. A friend of mine has the same model year as I do and refuses to tune it and his head gaskets went at like 28k while towing his little tractor. I also still have my EGR cooler for the time being. EGR delete and studs are in the future.

I am thinking Innovative has am extreme race tune @ 275 for the 6.0. I a may off, but that is nothing new.

I sure am glad that I didn't know that they had that when I was getting tunes from them. I think the cops over at the James Ward center would be giving me even more tickets then they already have.

Nope they don't. It would be wicked if there were tunes like that for the 6.0 though

Install studs when the HG's blow. If you want it done under warranty try to get it to blow before time's up or just become good friends with the guys at Ford and ask to get them installed before they blow and warranty is up.
