I have a new livewire,got custom tunes from Eric,got street,agressive tow,and extreme street.
Before I ot my custom tunes from Eric the canned tunes worked great,then the customs came and then problems from there.It seems that the extreme street does havoc on my tranny,once the tune is downloaded it won't move,then after retuened to stock it does the same thing,takes cycling the key 6-10 times till it moves again. Talked to Ted and SCT about it and they agree it must be the tune so Eric wrote a new tune to me twice ,so tonight tried it and it does the same thing.
I am lost now not sure what to do.

Double check your connections and keep up with seller. It sounds like something easy. Don't fret. Easy for me to say.

There ain't nothing wrong with Eric's tunes. Maybe a glich or something, but no reason to jump ship.

Talk with Ted again, or maybe Eric if you can and you'll find the issue. Who knows, you may have something wrong the the SCT itself . They'll get it figured out for ya

Call Eric and SCT tech support. Sounds like a firmware issue with the tuner

Please email me your SCT device serial number and I'll send you a new tune. I tested out the program I sent you on a truck we have in the shop and it installed and ran great. It must be a corrupt file, it happens during emailing once in a while.

Thanks Eric I did email you the serial number so we will see what happens,hope we figure it out,Like I said in the email Ted seems to think maybe reflash the truck at the dealer maybe something in the truck,but I don't think so as all the other tunes work only the extreme street is giving me trouble.
