4" off the turbo?
so can 4" off the turbo fit or not. i see some exhaust has them and most do not. am i missing something?

It will fit, however it may take some effort. The main reason most don't have it is there is no noticable gain. A 3 1/2" mandrel bent down pipe is all you really need, unless you just want 4"
|

i see. some of these kits dont look mandrel bent, is there really a noticable difference of just hype to sell product? is it dyno tested?

I have heard that it hits the bottom of the firewall too?

MBRP is one of the best systems on the market and they say 4" is overkill. Yes there is a difference between mandrel bent pipes and the ones that aren't the sharp bends hinder flow in turn hindering HP gain and cooler EGT's and cooler EGT's are the name of the game.

well turns out a local guy had a mbrp steel system with a vented stainless tip. got it for $360, i hope it was a good deal.

most kits like MBRP only have a 3.5" DP for 6.0L's
