Intercooler Boots?
I have looked at my Intercooler Boots and saw that the one connected to the turbo is leaking pretty bad. There is oil all on the side of the turbo. Who is make the best boots out there or should i just bring it to the dealer and have them put new OEM on because it is still under warranty? Is any one running aftermarket one if so who's and how do you like them

The new OEM ones are an updated 2 layer design that is suppose to solve the problem of the oil eating the silicon. I saw mine leaking and took it off and there was a slit in the underside so ford made a quick $74 bucks off me. If you can get them replaced under warranty I would go for it.

I just replaced all 6 boots on Saturday.
Ford Stealership quoted me $65+ for each OEM boot. Got all 6 from DieselSite for $245. DieselSite boots are very high quality, engine oil compatible (unlike OEM silicone), and the clamps are real nice too. Thanks for the input guys sorry im late on the response. It sounds like diesel site boots are the way to go. But i was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the newer ford oem boots because my truck is still under warranty and the $100 dollar deductible is cheaper than $245. Or is it worth it to spend the extra money up front?
