unable to program

does anyone know if there is a wire that can be pulled to prevent programing to our trucks...
I was in the dealer getting headgaskets and studs and the tech said he pulled a wire so I could not program..

I worked at the dealer so I thought he was phucking with me but now I think it may be true

I called BD and they sent me the latest update and said it must be something with the truck....

Thanks

Never heard of it. But I have heard rumors of a new strategy that is being uploaded that is supposedly not recognizable by some programmers

it is possible that he pulled a wire on the backside of the obd 2 connector to allow the programmer to not read power from the vehicle , in other words the tech very well could have tampered with it , but there isnt a wire from ford just for that reason

I checked the wires on the obd port...the programmer starts to read the engine and then at 87% it stops...

I was thinking there could be a wire on the back of the ficm but I really dont think he did anything...
