SCT locks

my brother and our friends decided they need to try out my sct sf3 out while i was away for awhile now it wont work on my truck says no unlocks left and wont download my stock tune on my truck i like this programmer and want to keep using it so whats next buy another or what thanks guys

did they unlock it from their truck? If so you will prolly have to send it back to sct for them to unlock it

contact sct. im pretty sure they will unlock it for a fee

yup they used it on to many trucks...you can only use it on 5 different vehicles before it locks for good...or one of their trucks isnt stock right now...if it says 0 unlocks left when you first plug it in they used it to many times and you need to send it to sct to get unlocked for a fee...if it says locked then one of their trucks isnt set back to stock

just thought of a question and not to highjack but what if you use it on the same trucks? Like switching back and forth between 2 trucks more than 5 times? Does it remember the vins or pretty much just 5 times and your done?

ya says device is locked contact sct thanks for the info guys well scts web site help me out and do i have to unlock it to put on custom tunes i assume i do cause i cant upload my stock tune any more
