6.0 cams & porting, what ya think????

Whats your take on cams.. I am doing the elite stage 1, I know I am porting heads and intake manifold but should I do the cam? Your thoughts on it will be helpful. Cam ready to go in in 2 weeks...so i want to make sure my mind is made up? What could be some issues I could have with a cam install? I know in cars and cummins cams work well modified. I am thinking it will be the same for the 6.0..

It would be a good idea with all the ported stuff. As far as issues, might take some tuning, and more than likely a perma-grin.
