Im having a problem with sct

I am having a problem with the sct i bought. I installed the performance tune and it runs great except for when it is time to shift.....if gets real sluggish and looses power and then shifts. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

ps i do have the correct tire size inputed

when u upload the tune dont put a tire size in, leave it default and that should fix that problem. only thing i would change is the speed limiter removed. worked for mine on my old truck when i ran canned tunes.
