Blockoff plate or sneaky pipe?

hey guys, my buddy has an 06 6.0L with an SCT, and i was wondering if he needs to do the sneaky pipe, or just the blockoff plate for the 06. And also is installing a sneaky pipe very difficult? thanks

What's a sneaky pipe? Is that a fancy name for a regular EGR delete?
