what are the first few steps i need to get a 500HP Powerstroke goin. need to be safe and not blow my truck up. where do i start? do i need to stud the heads. already have 4in banks pipe from turbo back. and the lil red hand help programmer flashpack or superchip or whatever it is.

Hmmm. I think if you really, and I mean really tried you might be able to be more vague? I have some injectors outta my Cat backhoe, I have turbo out of a Cat 3406, If you can talk him into it, I'll sell'em to him. In all seriousness, I for one would take notes on your opinion on this subject, seeing as I'm about 3 payments away from taking ownership of my truck and going to have some money to play with.

Injectors? on a 6.0. I would not do injectors until you replace the turbo.
