How do I download my custom tunes

I just recieved my custom tunes from Eric for my livewire,now would like to know if someone could post step by step to download them.

Do you already have all of the drivers for the SCT downloaded on your computer?

No I don't,Eric send me a link but I am not to good with the computer and there is no technical support by the time I get home from work.

I will try and walk you through it. What SCT device did you buy? What is the model number?

Click on this link and select your device. Livewire, right? Then select device update software.

Once you have downloaded that you need to download the latest firmware from that same link. Select your device and select device firmware. Make sure you save it to your desktop or someplace you can easily find it.

Once you have both of those click on the link above again and select your device and device update software one more time and there will be a list of instructions for updating your firmware and also for loading custom tunes onto your device.

No big deal. As long as he gets help so he can enjoy his new toy. When I bought mine from DJ's, they had me download all of the software before I ever received my Livewire so I was ready the day the Brown Truck delivered the box.
