ITP's Fuel Regulated Return Kit, considering also how high your rpm range is going to be after this might want to consider a fluidampner as well, I know it helped me.

Man your truck is gonna be sweet. Find a way to make a good intake manifold and heads that will flow equally and that should be a good easy mod.J/K. I would hit Trusted up for the fuel system, they are making some sweet stuff.

Well I have the ATS Stage 3 fuel system and a regulated return. I am not going with the dampner since the block will be balanced. I am so twisted when it comes to the turbo selection......VGT vs. NON VGT vs. Size.... I know if I go with a non vgt it will probably be a 64mm from TRUSTED or RCD.....If I go VGT it will be the Auroa VGT 4000 or the Elite SS.......I just have to consider spool up and longevity.....maybe the non vgt will be the ticket..... O yeah I do have the egr delete........ I may do a crank case vent system from BD and an Amsoil by pass filter system..... Other than that what else can you all think of.....

HaHaHaHa.....very funny...actually like alot of americans now, I had to sell a quad, sell some guns and some collectables and beg and barrow to make this happen......was forced to when my 03 motor dumped the #8 cylinder and cracked the block......so actually I didn't have the money.........gotta sacrafice those bills too......but I need a truck running and I might as well do it right...or attempt to do it right

Depending on if your hauling heavy or not, with 200 plus mm^3 injectors(or even if it's just 200mm^3 injectors, I think you'll need something bigger then the 64mm to use all that fuel. Might want to think of a 66mm, might still be able to haul with it if you get the tuning right. I still have quite a lot of smoke with my hotter tunes with the 64mm from RCD and I only have the 150mm^3 injectors, can't imagine what 200 on up mm^3 injectors would spew out.
