Street or Economy tune for best mileage?

Assuming I keep my foot out of it, would I get better mileage running the street tune or economy tune? I'm using Innovative tunes.

2005 F250 6.0L 4X4 Lariat
ARP Studs, MBRP 4" turbo back, Banks intake, SCT X3 w/Innovative tunes, Gauges + ScanGauge II,
BulletProof EGR cooler, CAT EC-1 coolant, Coolant filter, Blue spring fuel regulator, Atlas 40 FICM

From what I gather from other posts, you will get more out of your street tune. I am not sure I would even bother putting the econo tune on the truck.

I run the race tune daily. The key is keeping your foot out of the firewall! LOL You will get better mileage out of the "hotter" tunes. I have tried economy tunes and my mpg always goes down with those, so I keep my race tune as my daily driver.

I run the extreme street daily and only switch over to agrressive/tow when I need it. I have the Economy tune which seems like the stock file with firmer shifts, and keeps the EGR cel light off
