-what they do?
-where I should buy them?
-how much they cost?
-how to install?

Unless you are planning on a bigger turbo, upgrading the fuel system (regulated return and fass or airdog pump), most likely a egr delete and arp studs. You don't have any thing in your signature so assuming that your in a stock truck a 4" exaust to keep egts low and a sct xcal3 with custom tunes will pretty much get you to the max power for a stock set up.
