6.0 Build up

Well, what do you guys think of an 04 6.0 built by OUTLAW....... strong block, mahle pistons, strong rods, bearings studded bottom, all good internals, cam, ported polished heads worked with springs, arp studs, balanced and blue printed and a wicked turbo with Cales Tunes...and a wicked OUTLAW paint scheme......

Sounds like you'd be money and power ahead swapping in the CR. How much for this outlaw motor?

Well, put it this way, the price for a cummins conversion when all said and done is 16k+ or more........the cost of a OUTLAW 6.0 Shipped then installed 9k....... its $4200 the cummins conversion parts, $6500 for install and $5000-$6500 for a common rail......the install of the OUTLAW is far less......as for the price of the build or the OUTLAW by Derek....priceless ....that price for now will remain between Derek and I.

Shu........the inj are yours still...I am going a different size inj.....

Shu....It is and he can build to your budget and actually make the weak spots of the 6.0 stronger and tweak a few things for some good hp...we will talk on the phone Monday...As for Derek.....awsome guy.......he has researched the 03-04 swap and spent alot od time on the phone with me and has gotten some good recognition from some very knowlegable and reputable diesel guys that i have spoken with......so far he is a man of his word and thats big with me....

Although I have not met Derek in person I have spent hours on the phone with him......pretty much he will do the basic build to a wild build and everything in between......based on your budget.....he didn't try to push me towards one thing he asked what I wanted and what was the budget and he put it together.......awsome guy...only thing now is, what color to decide on the motor.....Probably powder blue......

Sounds like a strong motor but I feel like you have to be able to swap the CR in for way less than 16k.
