SCT 3000 no start

what would cause a no start with an new SCT 3000 on an 03 excursion?

Check the cigarette lighter fuse. Its also the fuse for the OBD II port

No that wouldnt. I thought you meant the SCT wasnt starting.

Return the truck to stock. See if it starts. If it starts, upload the new tune. The download may have been corrupted

If that doesnt work. Call Eric and make sure the PATS system is turned off in the tune

Cant get it back to stock to start

Give SCT tech support a call. You might have to have them resend you a stock file
