II Hybrid Turbo?

Has anyone used the stage 1 hybrid turbo from industrial injection? and whats different about it?

I have asked Stump about his before and he had nothing but good things to say about it. I have heard that it is a pretty good turbo for mildly powered trucks (450-500 hp range). If I ever get an aftermarket turbo I am going to look at that one.

I am planning to go that way at some point with a set of Swamps 175 sticks. My truck is a street truck and I want to keep it very tow capable.
