i just got done doing the EGR delete on my truck i plug in all my senors and double check my injectors and and at idle and hit speeds the truck shakes more then it should for example my my side mirror shake at an idle iam not sure why anyone got any ideas?
yeah i think its missing because once when i get to 50mph or press the gas slowly its fine but if i get on it shakes really bad but still goes. if i cruise at 50mph once the trans drops back into its lower gear it will shake again. at an idle it shakes to more then usually. but once you take your foot off the gas of man its smooth like no other thats why i think its missing..... Ive recently had the dealer put in 4 new injectors and a new FICM and i double check all my injector clicks and disconnected my FICM and reconnect it and it still does it......if i had to pick something else othere then missing that can go wrong i would say fuel filters havent change them in a while and i couldnt tell you the last time i empty that water separter from the fuel pump... anyone got any ideas whats up?
If it was something related to your fuel filters being clogged, i'd say it would do it all the time instead of at different times like you described
I don't know much about the 6.0's, so i'm not sure
you could try pulling off the valve covers, and while its running disconnect the injectors and plug them back in, one at a time. if you unplug an injector and notice it didnt have an effect on the way the engine is running, it could be something wrong with that injector
this might get some more views in the 6.0 problems fourm
