Changing trans filter!
how many quarts will I need if I just drain the pan drop it and change the filter? 2004 F-250 5 speed auto

I changed out my pan filter once on mine, I can't recall the amount of quarts. Maybe 5. At 30000 miles I brought it in too Ford for a tranny flush. They changed the line filter and I questioned them about the pan filter and they said it really didnt need too be replaced.
