Thinking about stackin the King Ranch, got some questions...

I am considering getting in on the Grand Rock group buy for some 6 or 7" mitre cut stacks for my truck. I was going to get the turbo back kit just to do things right. I have some questions though...

First off, how loud is this kit gonna be? I want it to be loud when I get on it, but not while I am on the highway for a long trip. That drone gets tiring.

In PA we are required to have cats on our vehicle, does this kit do away with the factory cat?

Lastly, my truck only has 30k miles on it, still plenty of warranty left. Has anyone had their Ford dealer give em a hard time about putting these on their trucks?

i can honestly tell you they are loud and annoying on long trips... the drone will kill you esp if you have a hangover lol.....

i have a bypass valve to turn them off so that def helps..... 6" miters look the best IMO

i have a couple of videos of my truck with the stacks if you want me to post or PM them to you

Yeah thats what I was worried about. My buddy had an 05 with a single stack and it was really cool around town, but I can definately see how on a long trip that would drive ya crazy. Can you post some pics and video of your setup?

They are plenty loud around town, but the drone (if there is a drone I dont hear it) doesnt bother me at all on the highway or anything
