Question Upgrade questions

Against the advice of all of my Dodge driving friends I bought a Powerstroke this weekend. It's a bone stock 2007 F250 4x4 automatic with 17,000. I'd like to do alittle bit to the truck to shut them up from what I have read everyone seems to run or want to run the sct. Which sct should I get? I know there are some guys making custom tunes should I look at any of those? What kind of power can I expect to see? What about mileage estimates? Any help will be appreciated!

Before getting an Sct you''ll need an egt gauge first.....As far as tuners for an Sct you cant go wrong with Eric, Dj, or Cale...... Than you could do your basic 4" turbo back exhaust, leave the stock air filter.....Than if you want to get crazy you can upgrade your sticks, turbo, an trans.....all depends on how deep your pockets are

Very good choice. The other guys covered all you'd need to hang with them.

start with gauges, then exhaust, then a tuner, your stock airbox will flow fine up untill about 400+ horses, good choice on trucks, show them dodge boys whats up!!

It flows good til 500hp, not 400. If it was 400 and he got a tuner then he would be able to get benefit from an extreme race tune depending on whose tune he got.
