Stock Cat Question?

Okay here's the deal truck needs some service Egr, an probably another Ficm...My problem is I dont have my stock cat to put back in dont want to chance anything with my warranty....I know my dealership gave me a hard time when I put the mbrp exhaust on and said the could void my warranty. I was wondering where can I get a stock cat with the flange on it, I think magnaflow or dynomax make one but they want like $550 or something like that for it....Note to everyone here when cleaning out your garage make sure you check all of the boxes and trash your throwing out one box might contain a cat
