200 Shipped a good deal??? I am asking seller if the tuner is custom tuned or not... Not sure what else I need to ask or check for??? I know our vendors can work with these units still...

The number one thing you need to check for is that the programmer is unlocked.

$200 is kinda pricey. Consider that innovative tunes are like $80 each or I think 160-180 for 3. You can get spartan tunes for free and or go with cales tunes if on a budget. I bought mine for $110 shipped and it was suppost to be unlocked. I would look at what the total cost will be.

I paid 250 for mine before the x3 came out. This was over a year ago. I would say 175 for a used xcal 2.
