Ok, been looking and researching and asking whoever will listen, but nobody will give me a good answer or proof. Will the compressor side of the LLY and up duramax turbo work on a powerstroke? I know they will bolt up together, but is the clocking and mapping going to work with an early 03 hot side. and don't say just put a non vgt on it. I will NOT put a normal turbo on this. The duramax boys are putting almost 600hp down with stock turbos, and some are modding them and getting better drive pressures and flow. don't know if it is because of the vein sensors or cooling, but they seem to like them. I like the vgt but it needs to flow more. If this doesn't work I might throw another turbo on top of this and make it a compound. Fleece Performance has a 71.5mm Cheetah that is a 37 sized turbo. I believe they have a 94mm exducer, Garrett has 64/94 AVNT but that might be a 40 sized hot side. Anybody played with this or know where a super cheap duramax turbo would be?
