sounds like it could be a loose ic boot or a hole in one of them. check the boot right at your turbo. feel underneath it too cause thats a common spot. do you have a boost gage to see if your losing boost pressure?

Wait, a full EGR delete under warranty?

HIGHLY unlikely.

I was worried about my cat being gone so I put my stock exhaust back on before I took it in for service kept over heating every time I pulled my camper flash boiling water So it was head gaskets and I ask if they would put in studs they said yes so I ask about egr delete he said never done that but he would if I got it

I have had both of these done also under warranty.

A guy from NADP told me that dealerships are ordering them....they must be tired of replacing coolers all the time.
