SCT Transfer?

Hey guys. I recently sold a 2003 Ford F250 - but I still have the SCT chip that I bought for it. It was for a 6.0 and the SCT box says its a SF Pre-Loaded Flash Tool. Are these programmers vin locked or can I sell it to someone else? Thanks for the help.
