shoot some wd40 on the DP clamp.. that thing can be a ***** to get off sometimes...

and do not try and take the exhaust out in 1 piece.. its soo much easier to just cut it in 3 or 4 pieces and taking it out that way... cut it right under the dp where it curves to teh back so that you can grab the DP and wiggle it around to pop it off the turbo housing...

if you need any more help just let me know

Agree on the cutting a few times. On the DP, cut it as far up as you can - it makes it SOOOOO much easier to get out. Also, the stock DP has a holding or alignment tab on the top that helps hold it to the turbo so it's a lift and then pull or work it's way out the bottom. I'll edit later this morning and add a snap shot of this. There's also a bolt sticking out from the firewall that helps hold the foil liner on - simply tap that back towards the front of the truck to ease removal of stock DP. Just installed mine this week.

If you have a 4' DP it might take a little convincing to get it back up there. And before you clamp everything down tight get all the pipes lined up how you want them and start at the DP and move back.
