diablo tuner?

what can you tell me about this thing. ive got one came with the truck when i bought it. any good or should i put the truck back to stock tune and throw it away? i have plans to get sct but untill then am i ok with this tuner or throw it away untill i can get the sct?

Purely your own decision. I did a google search on tuners when I was looking for one and before I read anything was wanting a preadator. Heard they were better on trannys than the edge. After searching and reading a lot of pointless threads and some good ones I got a xcal and run custon tunes... I would try to sell it if possible there are lots of trucks and people who don't reasearch buy whatever name they have seen in advertising or heard from buddies etc

Ditch the predator if you want your truck to run right. Those things are well known for destroying head gaskets

I agree, get rid of the Diablo and pick up a custom tuned SCT from Innovative.

Let me say this one time and one time only...... Please do not use it to tune your truck. I had one once and yes it makes nice power, but it also ate my heads and my tranny. It is a great diagnostic tool, to read codes. I still have mine for that purpose only. It will reads codes that the SCT will not. Ok, I will rant no more.

well i have found a sct x3 that i can get for 390. do they come with any tunes on them already or do you have to down load them from somewhere?

At that price I would buy a new one. At $390 it probably does not include tunes. The custom tunes 3 of them will cost at minimum $75 if cales tunes are $25 and $ 80 each for innovative.. At $390 your costs would be more than a brand new one.

the new X3 do not come pre loaded i with tunes.. they are blank..

at that price just buy a new one... we offer ours with 3 custom innovative tunes for $429.95

if you bought that then went and bought custom tunes you would be losing money...
