New MBRP 4" TB Exhaust Questions

I'm still fairly new to the "diesel" thing so forgive me up front.

I installed my 4" turbo back, no cat system yesterday and have a few questions:

1) What sound should be heard at the exhaust tip at idle? And should that sound change after the truck's warmed up? Right now, it sounds like a jet plane at cold start up and like I've got a 16-penny nail in my tire when warm.

2) What's the black liquid I see in the pipe? I had a clamp not tight enough and when I checked it, saw it. Is it the moisture in the exhaust system mixing with the soot particles?

SOUNDS COOL when you get on it now!!!

that is what it supposed to sound like, no need to worry. and yeah the liquid is normal to

Question

Sorry for hijacking the thread, but I have related Q's about the sound. I am a extreme diesel newbie. I had a 4" TB Aluminized MBRP with Cat Delete installed today on my 05 Excursion. When I first fired it up I about S'd my pants how awesome it sounded - especially the whistle. After leaving the shop, I was sorta taken back and not sure what to think about the sound when accelerating hard or going uphill. For lack of a better term, there is a real throaty rumble hot rod sound. Is that normal? I can really hear it in the cab and the rumble can be felt for sure. I'm sure I'll get use to it, but undecided at this time. What causes that rumble (cat delete, mbrp muffler, etc.)? I have read all the threads for the last 3-4 hrs and understand the advantages, etc. BUT If I decide that the rumble is too much (daily driver for family) what can I do? I read the muffler can be turned around and will that change anything? I don't want to, but putting the cat back on change the sound? Also, what is drone that I have been reading about? Any answers or thoughts would be appreciated guys. I'm undecided on the exhaust and will give it a little time. Trying to learn a little more and not lose my steam with the other mods I want to do.
