Turbonetics Stage 1 6.0L

Ok guys so I have a F-350 that i just installed a turbonetics stage one turbo on and i am not impressed at all with the power. It seems that my stock turbo has less lag and more power and boost then the turbonetics. I also have the SCT SF3 programer with innovative diesel tune for the turbo. I just dont understand why this thing is so lazy. Before i bought the turbo i did some research and everything i read said less turbo lag then stock and way more hp. What the heck.

Do you have aftermarket injectors? If so, what size? Your truck can't really do much with all the extra air your turbo is pushing if it isn't getting enough fuel. Stock injectors max out and do not push enough fuel to get the full benefits of an aftermarket turbo, stock injectors are designed for the stock turbo. You should probably look into a set of 190's and then you will notice a considerable power increase. You will probably be somewhere close to 500 RWHP.

Yeah i do have the stock injectors but i just just dont understand why it wont spool off the line when there is enough black smoke to fog out a whole intersection. I hate black smoke and this thing just smokes like no other. I understand that there might be a little black trying to get hp but does there really need to be this much?? Like once it spools up it pulls not to bad but it take a really long time.
