Well, I am fixin to do my exhaust and what I want is a deep tone with as much whistle as I can get. I dont want my exhaust too loud. Has anyone ever heard a flowmaster or similar type muffler on a 6.0? I am going TB with 5" pipe. any feedback appreciated!!

Just go with a straightpipe, that will get you plenty of whistle

I've heard a lot straightpiped trucks and I would rather not have it so loud.
I would like it to have a deeper tone and not so loud. I was wondering if a flowmaster or something similar would accomplish this. I figure it would kill the whistle though.... |

I would look at aeroturbine or hushpower mufflers

5" straight on a 6.0 will be plenty deep with plenty o' whistle. It won't be loud unless you really get on it. You could always go back later and put a muffler on it if it was too loud to suit you.

I wonder what a powerstroke with a cherry bomb on it would sound like!
