blow-off valve
does the blow off valve really effect anything performance wise or does it just sound baddd azzz?

Bow off valves are used to prvent compressor surge by blowing off boost to atmosphere. Powerstrokes dont have them.

No they are not. Unless your running a very high end application. They arnt designed for your stock vgt turbo, or needed.

you can put them on a diesel but it will not do anything unless you get on it real hard and let right back off.see unlike a gas motor we do not have a throttle body therefor not needing a blowoff valve,they do sound cool and you can hook it up no problem.
