how many tunes will the X3 hold? and how does a person switch from tune to tune

holds three tunes and it's very simple to change tunes, just select which one you want and then download it.

Used to be 3 preloaded tunes and up to 3 custom tunes, but i believe the new X3's do not come with preloaded tunes, you plug it in, select a tune and settings, and wait about 5-10 minutes (rough guess)

It's very easy. Once you plug it in to your OBD port, it will tell you what to do basically. The hardest part of my experience so far was getting the drivers and updates from SCT's site to my computer.

like everyone has said it will hold 3 tunes at 1 time.. but you can have as many tunes as you want on your computer and switch them out when you want.....
