SMOKE/RACE tune?

Well, I have an SCT SF2...and when I raced last weekend someone made the comment "Wow...nice run, but where's the smoke? That's really clean for a diesel!". I WANT ALOT OF SMOKE!!!! And power at the same time...any input?

a well tuned diesel shouldn't smoke, technically. Right?

you cant make power if you waste the fuel out the exhaust.... Plus your egts will be uncontrollable with smoke.....

If you want smoke compared to what you're putting out right now, you'll have to take a hit in your track times. Smoke is over rated.

R ur tunes custom, Ive seen 6ohs with custom tunes roal coal all the way down the track, but ultimately any smoke is un used power potential so...

My Looney wild tunes smoke a haze all the way to 100mph....Cales extreme tune gives one big puff then nothin to 100mph.... And cales tune is way faster

the ones who say that actually think that smoke=HP. well, smoke is unburnt fuel going out your exhaust pipe.

mine will smog a 4 lane highway for just a moment; turbo lights and then nothing but a faint haze until i let off of it.
