I don't believe anybody makes a upgraded valve body for the 5R110W trans. We have solenoids that can be upgraded.

Check out Suncoast Transmissions.

Like Lilpooh says below the 5R110 is a whole different animal than the 4R100 that's in your Land Yacht. We don't have a valve body like you do. John Woods makes a nice valve body but you might want to check into the Factory Tech valve body for the 4R100. He makes 2 different versions. A HP version that firms up the shifts real nicely and a race version that makes your fillings fly out when it shifts. I had a Factory Tech in my Supercharged 02 Harley F150 and liked it a lot.

Yup there are upgrade solenoids like Doug's at gogo diesel. I would just buy a new tanny from NADP or BTS if it was me. I'm not real impressed with Suncoast or ATS stuff.

meaning its probably not going to help, you mean i should probably just go ahead and buy a new transmission. forget trying to piece together solenoids or torque converters...i have a feeling thats what i should probably do instead lol
