My buddy Corey at Sasquatch Diesel did the install for me. It only took him about 2 hours and that included answering the phone 6 or 8 times and taking in 2 deliveries as well. It's not that I can't do things for myself, but more of a time thing, or lack of it. With a wife and 2 kids me getting to spend a day in the garage is for the most part a thing of the past...
Its definately a different "feel" than the VGT, but even with my same old tunes it feels better. It does pull just a bit harder. Makes less boost going down the highway and maybe 100* hotter on the way home. I think a little tuning will do it wonders. Cruising at 70-75 mph on flat ground it was only making about 5-7 psi and EGT was running about 700*. On a WOT run with my old Xrace file I made 32psi and never got over 1300* on the pyro today. All this is just preliminary. When I get my new tunes I'm betting the results will be slightly different, and better.
