Yes they do, it's not a coal roller but it will throw out some smoke. I have that tuner on my 06, put it on at 2300 miles and now have 27,000 on the truck. The trans shifts fine and I run it on 5 all the time. I by no means baby the truck either. So far the Edge is working fine on my truck.

Yeah call it what you want but it has been fine so far. I know there are a bunch of Edge haters here and it doesn't much matter. The guy asked a question and I simply gave him an answer.

As long as you have so much insight with Edge have you personally ever ran one?

I have a 6.0L F250 '06. this is my first diesel and I bought it for towing a fifth wheel. I'm not interested in this 100+ hp stuff. I'd like some more hp for towing + a little more economy. What are the best 2 or 3 brands to consider? Bob

SCT Xcal3 from Innovative Diesel is the ONLY way to go IMO. They are custom tunes, and the tunes can be written for what you want. Their aggressive tow tune from Innovative Diesel uses the turbo as a sort of jake brake. It is actually pretty useful when slowing large loads

It's a tuner, NOT THE TUNES. I do not care which hand held devise I use to download my tunes, (Spartan, Sct) On the 6.0L the SCT is the only good tuner on the market right now. For the 7.3. TW and DP. For the 6.4L, Spartan has really ran with that.
So anyone reading this and wants peoples opinions whom uses this stuff. (ME, Granny, And the rest of the educated 6.0L users.

SCT.............PERIOD....
