Stock stright pipe and SCT EGT's??

Is a stock system striaght piped enough to keep the EGT's down on a Custom tuned SCT? I will have my guages installed friday but in the mean time I was curious.

My exhaust also dumps right at the front of the rear tire so its not as long, if that matters egt wise.

for that.

I would also like to know that. And what are normal EGT's for a SCT custom tuned truck under normal driving?

I'm running a 3.5" DP and a straight piped stock exhaust while using Elite's Insainity file.
I have noticed that boost is relative to EGT in that the higher the boost + length of time= high EGTs.

I drive the HWY at 65 seeing as low as 550 to 700 on the hills. I have the Spearco IC installed so that may help some. I'll hit the HWY at 70 tomorrow and see what the EGTs read.
