6.0 performance turbo 450hp?????
He guys, my buddy wants to out fit his 03 6.0 with a turbo good to 450hp+. Truck has head studs, fire ringed heads, 190cc inj and a tuner. What turbo will be the best for towing and play thats really streetable.

64 mm I think would be about right for 450hp+. What weight is he going to be towing? If it's pretty significant weight and you go higher then 64 mm, you'll need to have tuning worked on to help with possible surging issues if they come up.

He will tow no more than 12k and already has a fuel system in place. He wants a turbonetics. I know he wants to get rid of the vgt vein turbo.

An 03 6.0 with intake/exhaust a GOOD tuner and injectors should be at that HP already!? I dynoed 466 with just my programmer (though I think its a touch high).

the truck has, aftermarket intercooler, fuel system, 190cc hypermax injectors, studs, firering heads worked over, ATS Race tranny, 4.88 gears. Has a stock turbo thatsd new on it now because elite HO turbo he put on, well the original and warranty replacement lasted les than 1k. So he wants a non varible vien turbo good for 450-500hp thats streetable for everyday driving and will tow good and workd well at WOT. Suggestions please, keep them comming.

What about BD Diesel Thruster Turbo S-300? I hear good things about it. Supports 450+hp. S-300 Turbos are very good in my opinion. I have ran a few on Cummins
