Talking Ordering my SCT.........maybe

Here's the deal. I can't afford to order a SCT and gauges right now. I can't afford the extra $80 dollars for custom tuning either. So I'm thinking about ordering the SCT with the canned tunes. I may be wrong, but the way I see it, is that the canned tunes won't run as hot as the custom tunes, so it's less likely that I will burn something up. Then, when I can afford gauges, I can go back and get the custom tunes. Until then I will just have to keep my foot out of it.

What do you guys think about it?

Cales tunes are only $25 and he could prolly wwrite you a real mild economy/tow tune that wont get very hot.... Heck i have his extreme tune and i cant get it over 1350F on a 0-90mph run

i say you spend the money you were going to use on a sct and get gauges first... then save up and just get a sct with custom tunes...

I would just save up more money untill you can get both. Because if you get the SCT first you'll probably loose interest in the gauges for awhile.

When I do get one. Which should I get? I've heard of the SF3 and the X3. What's the difference?
