how much is the going rate for a livewire system with the pyro meter installed??? i got a quote for 550 installed w/o the egt meter. does this seem like a good deal or not??

i dont have the egt probe with my livewire. i would rather have a set of gauges and there u can watch it there whenever u want. u can on your livewire but you will need to have it plugged in. i usually keep mine in my center console. but its totally up to you.

Installed eh? If 550 is what the guy wants uninstalled then that seems "normal". Installing it is as simple as using the suction cup device for the window and merely plugging it into the cat5 port and the OBDII connector under the dash. Presto it's installed. It takes maybe 2 minutes. For anybody wanting to know. Last year when I bought my livewire, I got it a COST which was around 360 bucks from a friend of mine that was an SCT dealer. However surfing the web 550 seems to be the going rate. Maybe you can talk him down some. Good luck
