Smile Tow tune ?

Need info on tow tunes. My truck, 05 f-450 12' flatbed, Studded, Egr cooler delete, Cat & muffler delete, All ford upgrades. I load about 8000 on the deck and tow about another 8000 lb. Looking for a good tow tune. Was kind of wondering about a tune with built in exhaust brake? Do they work? Can they be shut off or are the on all the time? Mostly flat driving but sometimes a few grades.
Thanks for any info.
Jack

Vivian's tow w/jb are some of the better heavy tow files. Not alot of power gains but the shifting is firm... her jake brake is on all the time but you do not notice it as much when the t.h. is not on as the truck will not downshift while slowing. A j.b. file will make you loose a slight bit of mpg but they work great on grades..

The "jake brake " on our trucks works off the turbo vane position ! Raises EBP but does help on deaccelrating !

Just towed our toy hauler 5er this past weekend. Probably close to 11k loaded. Don't have a custom tow tune yet so used the pre-loaded SCT 50hp and 65hp tow tunes with "Jake Brake" and firmer shift options enabled. I was pleased with the tunes and being able to choose what options I wanted including turning the EGR off so I didn't get the CEL. The exhaust brake does help. As was mentioned, if you don't want the full exhaust brake effect, turn off tow/haul.
