I have read a lot of posts on this unit and I still have some really simple novice questions.
Will the iTSX unit always need to be plugged in to the OBD?
My truck should be ready to be picked up by Friday. Its a 20 min drive back to my house. should i install the iTSX when i pick it up or should i wait until i get home encase of any install issues?
If you plan on using the iTSX gauges, then yes the OBDII will have to be plugged in all the time. If you just want to tune the truck, then no, you can use the iTSX to tune the truck, then unplug the OBDII connector.
