Top 3 is gonna be
NoLimit
AFE
S&B.

I've heard excellent results with the NoLimit from a certified very picky diesel tech

I dont think its a waste....does it do ALOT....well no. But what makes a cold air intake a COLD air intake? It has to find air from outside of the engine bay. We can all agree that the stock intake set up is actully pretty dang good up to around 500 hp. And thats a number that I would say 90% of us are not at. So with the zoodad mod we have opened up the supply of fresh cool air from OUTSIDE of the engine bay and RAM it right into the air filter. Making it a fairly decent cold air intake. I dont care what kind of pretty air filter with a chrome pipe you got if your sucking up pre heated air from under the hood YOU AINT GOT NO COLD AIR INTAKE!
See I told you I could argue that.....you may not agree and thats ok. Sometimes the truth hurts...

Ive still gotta do the zoodad portion of the mod. Gonna try to do it this weekend. A while back I did cut the front tube portion off of the stock intake. Basically opened up the entire front of the filter with the exception of about 1.5" ring around the edge that holds the filter in tight and allows the clips to still clamp onto it. So far is working pretty good.

I may do some more modding with making more of a channel for the fresh air to get to the front of the filter but without limiting it to a tube. Not that I probably really need it anyways but its fun playing with stuff that doesnt cost ya much.
