hybrid injector sizing for non street use truck?

Ok I'm building a motor and going to be feeding it with a very large s400 turbo, can someone please explain hybrid injectors and nozzle sizing to me, from reading the nozzle size determines how fast the injector can dump the cc volume of fuel per injector cycle, is the way I'm interpreting this correct? And if so how do you figure out the right way to determine what size is needed for said application without just saying O it worked on so and so's truck so it will work for me, and also what is a accurate way to measure icp voltage, with a custom tune fooling the ecm

I'm no expert (really a noob) but the nozzle size is % over stock. So a 175cc is 30% larger than 135cc injector; which means you need a 30% bigger nozzle to evacuate the same amout of diesel in the same size pulse.

So if you subtract what 135 by what size you want to go to, and then divide that by 135 you'll get what % you need to go to.

For example- 175-135= 40. 40/135= .29629 or 30%.

I've got a little experience with hybrids non vgt and tuning for them. What size turbo are you looking at running?

Icp voltage is the best way to measure the pressure.

Also correct that the larger nozzle speeds the process of emptying the barrel of the injector. 100 percent nozzle is pretty common especially when your not worried about street use.

You need to post over on the army for that one. You'll get a load more responses there as they are the more hardcore builders. IMO anyway. What are the goals for this truck? Drag? Sled pulls? Street? What are your power goals?
