Intro and SCT Extreme Race tune ??

Hey gents im new to this forum but not new to the diesel world, Spent the last 7yrs as a diesel mech for the army. So needless to say i know my way around and engine and is pretty much my only hobby.
I picked up an 04 CC DRW 4wd Lariat with only 67k miles on it, bone stock.
I put a 4'' mbrp turbo back straight pipe on it, Pulled the egr cooler off, and put in a new revised oil cooler, as well as a coolant filter running elc red.And just put in my Livewire TS (love it!) Im all about preventative maintenance. That being said it does still have the stock headbolts.

I know that maybe 90% of you are running tunes from Eric at ID, as am I now. I have the extreme race tune,Extreme lope/smoke tune (just for fun sometimes) and the tow tune. Now heres my question.

With the extreme race tune does anyone else have the issue of quick downshift with light throttle, maintaining the throttle position the truck accelerates fine all the way up to 4k then shifts back up to the next higher gear. Keep in mind that I am not going wot or trying to roast the tires, just leaving a stop light or daily cruising. I contacted innovative and Eric is going to tone down the aggressiveness of the trans tune, but im just trying to gauge how many others have this "problem". Or im the only one.

Mine does the same so I use extreme street for daily driving. Converter stays locked in 5th better for me.

Try gearheads srl, its pretty sweet as well. 100$ gets you 3 tunes, can't beat that. 75$ for just srl. Its very street friendly and known for being stock bolts friendly.

04 f350 cc,sb 4x4, scangauge, egr delete, new turbo, 08 oil cooler, Schaffer's 5w40 synth oil, 4" exhaust, s&b intake, arp studs sct matts 280,xxx miles cooper st/maxx

94 f250 cummins 12 v 4x4, Lincoln SA250 Perkins cooper st/maxx

03.5 f350 sc, lb, drw 4x4 Rebuilt motor at 201000 egr delete, new oil cooler, 54v ficm, new rad, water pump, 4" exhaust, arp studs ,sct, new injectors, sinister coolant filter, srl, tow tunes and erics tow, cooper tires, Flatbed, vantage 300, 202xxx miles

ID is going to remap the shift points and aggressiveness of the trans tune while retaining all the power from the tune. Those guys are awesome.
